Color When ripe the skin turns a creamy white to pale yellow often developing a very appealing pink blush on the side exposed to the sun
Flesh The interior is snowwhite and very thick It is known for having a much higher fleshtoseed ratio than the original Safeda meaning you get more fruit and fewer seeds
Seeds The seeds are small soft and much fewer in number compared to traditional varieties
